1. Introduction and Acceptance

3. Eligibility and Registration

Any activity carried out under your Account — whether authorised by you or not — is your responsibility. er77 will never request your password via email, live chat, or any other communication channel. If you suspect your Account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must contact er77 support immediately.

4.3 Prohibited Conduct

When using the er77 platform, you agree not to:

• Engage in any form of cheating, collusion, fraud, or match-fixing;

5. Deposits and Payment Methods

5.2 Minimum and Maximum Deposits

5.3 Deposit Processing Times

Deposits via bKash and Nagad are typically credited to your er77 Account within 30 seconds of a successful transaction. Deposits via Rocket and Upay are generally processed within 1 to 2 minutes. Bank transfer deposits may take longer depending on the processing times of your financial institution.

5.4 No Transaction Fees

er77 does not charge any platform fee on deposits. However, your payment service provider (e.g., bKash or Nagad) may apply their own transaction charges. You are responsible for any charges levied by your payment provider.

5.5 Deposit Source

All funds deposited into your er77 Account must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Deposits from payment methods belonging to third parties — including family members — are strictly prohibited. er77 reserves the right to return deposits made from unverified or third-party payment sources and to suspend the associated Account pending investigation.

6. Withdrawals

6.1 Withdrawal Eligibility

To be eligible to make a withdrawal from your er77 Account, you must have completed our KYC verification process to the satisfaction of the er77 compliance team. Withdrawal requests submitted before KYC verification is complete will be held in a pending state until verification is finalised.

6.2 Withdrawal Methods

Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used to make the most recent deposit, wherever technically possible. er77 does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts, bank accounts not held in your name, or payment methods not previously used on your Account.

6.3 Withdrawal Processing Times

6.5 Bonus Funds and Wagering

Bonus funds and any winnings generated from bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until the applicable wagering requirement has been met in full. Withdrawing your real-money balance before meeting a wagering requirement may result in the forfeiture of active bonus funds and associated winnings, as specified in the individual promotion terms.

7. Bonuses and Promotions

7.1 General Bonus Terms

In the event of any conflict between a specific promotion's terms and these general Terms, the specific promotion terms shall prevail.

7.2 Wagering Requirements

Unless otherwise stated in the promotion terms, bonus funds must be wagered a minimum number of times before they or any winnings derived from them become eligible for withdrawal. The applicable wagering requirement and eligible games will be clearly stated in the promotion description. Bets placed on certain game categories — typically live table games and sports betting — may contribute a reduced percentage toward meeting a wagering requirement. 7.3 Bonus Abuse

er77 reserves the right to withhold, void, or reclaim any bonus or associated winnings if we reasonably determine that a Player has engaged in bonus abuse. Behaviour that er77 may classify as bonus abuse includes but is not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same welcome offer more than once; using low-variance betting strategies specifically designed to meet wagering requirements while minimising risk; colluding with other players to accumulate bonus funds; and exploiting a system error or technical fault to gain bonus credits not legitimately earned.

7.4 Expiry

All bonus funds and free spins are subject to expiry. Unless otherwise stated, bonus funds that have not been used and wagering requirements that have not been met within 30 days of the bonus being credited will expire automatically. Expired bonus funds and any associated winnings are forfeited.

8. Game Rules and Betting

8.1 Game Provider Rules

9. Suspension and Termination

• The Account is being used for fraudulent activity, money laundering, or any other criminal purpose;
• The Account holder has provided false or misleading information during registration or the KYC process;
• The Account holder is under the age of 21;
• The Account holder is accessing the platform from a Restricted Territory;
• Continued operation of the Account poses a risk to the integrity of the er77 platform or to other Players.

9.2 Return of Verified Balances

Where an Account is closed by er77 for reasons other than confirmed fraud or breach of these Terms, any verified real-money balance held in the Account at the time of closure will be returned to the Player via the most recently used verified payment method within a reasonable timeframe. Bonus funds and winnings derived from bonus funds are not returnable on Account closure unless the applicable wagering requirement has been met in full.

9.3 Player-Initiated Closure

You may request the closure of your er77 Account at any time by contacting our support team. 12. Limitation of Liability
